This Revit technician role is to join a busy, growing company, where you will be part of a close-knit team.
Projects are primarily high spec residential and commercial, it’s a friendly supportive working environment, where you’ll feel at home from day one.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with internal Engineers and design team members to create coordinated MEP models.
- Understanding of BIM and what its process involves
- Develop sketches and concepts into drawing details
- Produce detailed models to high level of detail.
- Work to achieve design integration and clash-free MEP installations.
- Prepare technical schedules.
Experience Required
- Experience in MEP design, drafting, or coordination within the construction industry
- Capable mechanical Revit technician, knowledge of AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and MEP-specific add-ons.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to MEP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
