Management Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a well-established and fast-paced manufacturing business.

This role will suit a finance professional who enjoys working closely with both finance and operational teams, with involvement across management reporting, costing, forecasting and business performance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the accuracy of financial information, improving reporting processes and providing valuable insight to support decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis
• Supporting month-end processes including accruals, prepayments and reconciliations
• Producing forecasts and operational performance reports
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and process improvements

We are ideally looking for someone who is CIMA part-qualified, studying towards a professional qualification or equivalent, with previous experience gained within manufacturing or a similar product-led environment. A background in management accounting and exposure to costing processes would also be beneficial.
