The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is handled efficiently, positively, and professionally. You’ll use your communication skills, problem-solving ability, and product knowledge to deliver outstanding service and build lasting customer relationships.
This is a target-driven role where hitting KPIs and performance goals is essential to both your success and career growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer interactions across phone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring each query is handled promptly and effectively.
- Listen carefully to customer needs, identify issues, and provide clear, accurate, and professional responses or solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries, aiming for a first-time resolution wherever possible.
- Update customer records and documentation accurately and efficiently within the CRM system.
- Work towards daily and weekly performance targets, including:
- Handling up to 50 customer calls per day (250 per week)
- Achieving 5 price reductions per week
- Securing 2 TrustPilot reviews per week
- Maintaining an average call time of 5–6 minutes
- Keeping customer wait times under 1 minute
- Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, following up where necessary to ensure a positive outcome.
- Support and collaborate with your colleagues to maintain high service standards and achieve team objectives.
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and promotions to provide customers with the most relevant and accurate information.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a better customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A confident, customer-focused attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential – full training is provided.
Ambitious individuals who want to build a long-term career in a people-focused business.
Must have drivers licence and access to a car as site is challenging to get to via public transport
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 8:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Rotational shift pattern based on a 6-week rota
- Includes 1 late shift (11:00am – 8:00pm) per 6-week rotation
- You will never be required to work both Saturday and Sunday in the same week
- You will have 2 full weekends off within each 6-week rota
